If you own in Manly Vale, it’s worth knowing just how popular your property could be, in part thanks to the B-line.

The B-line bus service is designed to give commuters a faster and easier journey to the city. It links the Northern Beaches to Wynyard, starting in Mona Vale and taking in Warriewood, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Dee Why, Brookvale, Manly Vale, Spit Junction, and Neutral Bay Junction.

As a result, we’ve noticed a rise in interest from prospective buyers and tenants for Manly Vale properties. At a recent open for 6/8 Fairway Close, we saw 23 groups. Many of them wanted to know if we had other properties available or coming up in Manly Vale.

Of course, an easier commute to the city isn’t the only attraction to Manly Vale. It’s also a lovely, quiet, family friendly suburb. There are good schools close by and plenty of shopping options. It also offers many recreational facilities, including parks and reserves such as Manly Dam.

So, whether you’ve considered selling or renting out your home in Manly Vale, it’s worth getting in touch with us to discuss your next steps. We can connect you to people waiting for properties just like yours.
