Role at Schwarz Domenic Coniglio is our Senior Business Development Manager, he is across Schwarz’s new and prospective clients. Dom is here to ensure that we have a clear understanding of what each client is seeking, and to connect them with the support they need. He has worked across property management and sales since 2012 – during his time with Schwarz he has been a three times finalist in the REB Awards for – Business Development Manager of the Year in NSW. Dom has learnt an enormous amount about the world of real estate and has developed a knack for helping people achieve growth through property. Dom strives to provide an informative and caring service to all clients – striking just the right balance between professional and personal.

When he is off duty “Walks along Manly Promenade is one of my favourite things to do to unwind, otherwise I love spending time with my nephews and neices on the weekends”

With a background in real estate dating back to 2015, Sahar harnesses her pro-marketing skills, unwavering determination, and deep understanding of the Northern Beaches market to empower every client throughout their property endeavors. Confident, approachable and a hard worker, Sahar will go the extra mile to ensure all duties and promises to her clients are fullfilled. When she’s off duty? Most mornings I’ll hit the gym at either @gfitness.freshwater or @empire.muaythai, both great community focused gyms! And after a long day/week, its always nice to wine and dine at the family restaurant @sahar_afghanrestaurant.

Role at Schwarz: Working behind the scenes alongside our Principal is Emma. She handles a lot of the planning and administration that goes on behind the scenes so that Cranston can stay focused on what he does best – Selling! With over two decades of real estate experience, she has worked in various roles and holds innate knowledge of the industry and its processes. Her attention to detail, great organization skills and willingness to support her colleagues is what makes her an incredible asset to the team.

Experience:
Originally from the UK, Jo’s experience in real estate spans over 25 years. She started her real estate career managing large private homes in London and since moving to Australia has continued to manage an extensive portfolio of properties on the Northern Beaches. She has been a valued member of the Schwarz team since 2018.

Strengths:
Jo has an unwavering direct approach, eye for detail and excels at her role with clear communication. She works with a full understanding of the real estate industry and is dedicated to providing a high standard of service to clients.

Jo is a keen paddleboarder (Narrabeen lake is a perfect spot), enjoys Pilates and loves volunteering her time walking dogs at Monika’s rescue.

Anywhere Harbourside or on Pittwater.

Kay-Jay is a dedicated and professional Property Manager who prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service. Her friendly and honest communication style allows her to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades alike. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Kay-Jay brings a sharp eye for detail, professionalism, and a personable nature to her role.

Role at Schwarz:
As Property Manager, Nicola oversees a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from tenant relations and inspections to maintenance and financial management. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Nicola is passionate about building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and stress-free property management experiences. Always hands-on, Nicola is committed to delivering top-notch service every step of the way.

Experience:
Nicola worked in the beauty industry before making the transition to real estate, where she has since gained over five years of experience. She is well-versed in all aspects of property management, having worked her way up from reception to leasing consultant and now property manager. Nicola is passionate about her role and committed to making a lasting impression on both her colleagues and clients as she continues to grow in her career.

When she’s off duty:
Nicola enjoys all things health & fitness, training at the gym 4-5 times a week with her partner and spending time her family.

“Queenscliff to Shelly Beach walk. Amazing views once you make it up the stairs at Shelley!”

Role at Schwarz:
As Property Manager, Gila overseas a large portfolio of investment properties and ensures each and everyone one of them are running in tip-top shape, from financials, maintenance and administration which in turn takes the hassle out for her landlords.

Experience:
Gila is an expert in Property Management having worked in the industry for more than two decades. She began her career in the Lower North Shore, but for the last three years she has worked on the lovely Northern Beaches.

Strengths:
Property Managers look after someone’s biggest asset, so it can get quite stressful sometimes when issues arise. Luckily Gila is calm, positive and strives to achieve a positive outcome which results in her being able to defuse problems easier, making it a breeze for herself and her clients.

Why she loves her job:
“The variety the job offers, not being tied to a desk every day, however, enjoy keeping updated with new programs. Plus it’s great meeting new people, being able to offer a positive result to client’s problem or concerns”

When she’s off duty:
She’s a loving grandmother of two grandsons, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her pets on the weekend.

Favourite spot on the beaches:
North Curl Curl to South Curl Curl, especially the boardwalk with dazzling ocean views.

Role at Schwarz:
Rosie is our rental ‘Cupid’, she meets and greets all of our prospective tenants at open homes, after following the leasing process, she then matches the best tenant to our landlords properties. She is across all new and upcoming listings, so for all your rental queries – Rosie is your girl!

Experience:
Rosie has prior experience in Real Estate, she has an undeniable passion for property and helping people! We are excited to help her and watch her evolve here at Schwarz.

Strengths:
Energetic and positive, Rosie whizzes through all her daily tasks with enthusiasm and a smile.

“I Love meeting new people from all walks of life and being able to help someone find and love their new home”

“I am such an outdoors person, you’ll find me camping, taking long walks or horse riding”

Freshwater, the village is always buzzing, and the beach is beautiful.

Role at Schwarz:
Chloe is the first point of contact for all enquiries, and as our receptionist, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Her bubbly and friendly personality ensures that every visitor feels welcomed, and she’s always ready to provide assistance.

Chloe is new to the world of real estate, and her enthusiasm and fresh perspective are a fantastic addition to the team. We’re excited to watch her grow and support her as she embarks on this exciting career journey.

When she is off-duty:
“I enjoy spending time with friends and family, relaxing at the beach, and taking my dog Ellie for walks. I’m also passionate about staying active at the gym and discovering new food spots.”

Working behind the scenes from the Philippines is Ralph. Ralph provides a huge amount of support to large rent-roll, assisting our property managers, leasing consultants, including our landlords and tenants. Like our motto, Ralph has a strong desire to do things Well. A systematic and efficient worker, qualities that we value to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Having this extra admin support to our property management team has allowed our property managers to focus on the harder issues at hand that arise in property management, and also lease properties quicker.

Jean is our bubbly Customer Service Representative! She frequently checks in on our customers and clients to ensure their property requirements are kept up-to-date, so our agents can focus on the main task – settling people into their dream Northern Beaches home. Based in the Philippines, she has worked in Sales and Customer Support roles, including Telstra which built up her skills as great listener and natural problem solver. A mother of one, Jean is highly empathetic, warm and loves helping people, a perfect combination for working in customer service.
