Welcome 2021! The year has only just began and we’re stoked to have accomplished so much already. After 20 years in Freshwater we moved our office to a prominent new spot in North Manly, brought on 5 outstanding new sales listings, 15 new managements, and leased 19 properties in 3 weeks. A cracking start to the new year – and we’re only just getting started.

Our new office is located smack bang in the middle of our core areas that we service which are; Freshwater, Queenscliff, Curl Curl, Manly, Brookvale and Manly Vale. January Property Market.
It looks like our predictions are coming true and the Sydney property market is holding firm. Property prices are in-fact increasing according to Domain Price Report Data, in just the December quarter alone housing prices surged by 4.8%. Furthermore, Northern Beaches saw the strongest price growth with the median house price jumping $165,000 to a record $2.05m!
The rental market is also firm, still attracting a number out tenants from outer areas looking for a lifestyle change. From this time last year, we have received 20% more rental applications and leased 10% more properties for a great return. This month we leased a large lifestyle entertainer home – 15 Coles Rd, Freshwater in 4 days for a street record.
