Virtual is no different to face-to-face appraisals, other than the fact that they are conducted over a camera device. Therefore, our recommended listing price will be as accurate as always. Here is how they work.
What do I need to do a virtual appraisal?
Our agents can perform a virtual inspection via Face-Time, WhatsApp or Skype. Ensure your internet connection is working, and which ever app you have installed is on a device with camera (Phone, iPad, Tablet, Laptop).

How does the agent conduct a virtual appraisal?
The agent will start from the front yard or the entrance of your property, and virtually walk through each area of the home with you, asking all of the relevant questions to get a full picture and provide an accurate listing price.
How will I receive my appraisal report?
Following your appointment, your agent will send across your appraisal report. This report will include our recommended selling method, campaign timeline, marketing schedule and price opinion.
If I list, how do people inspect the property?
• Private appointments: Only one agent can perform a private inspection with one prospective buyer at time
• Virtual 360 Tour: Our virtual tours are free when you list with Schwarz. The virtual 360 tour allows you to inspect the property online.
