With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Jo Ferguson is a highly respected property professional known for her depth of knowledge, precision and reliability. Beginning her career in London managing high-end private homes, Jo went on to build a successful property management career on the Northern Beaches after relocating to Australia. She has been a valued member of the Schwarz team since 2018.
Jo excels in managing complex portfolios with consistency and care. She combines her strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, ensuring her clients receive proactive service and trusted advice. In addition to managing her own portfolio, Jo also oversees the accounts function within the Property Management team, managing trust accounting and financial reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.
