Now in 2021, with New Goals and New Dreams, came a New Nest. Schwarz have relocated just down the hill from our old space to – 366 Pittwater Road, North Manly NSW 2100.

“The new location is perfect our team and our clients, we’re in the most central position between our favourite suburbs and the core areas that we service, which are Freshwater, Queenscliff, Curl Curl, North Manly, Manly Vale and Brookvale” says Cranston Schwarz, Principal of Schwarz Real Estate.

“I spent 20 years in Freshwater and it has been amazing to have worked with such a great community for all these years. Luckily, we’re only a short stroll away from our old office so it’s safe to say, I’ll always be around”.

“Ruby Lane in Manly is my go to these days, it has a great vibe and they are very focused on health, which I love!” says Hannah Carney, Office Manager at Schwarz.

“I still stop off at my local Collin’s Café in Freshwater, they know just how I like my coffee 😊” says Nicola Jacobsen, Leasing Consultant at Schwarz.

“If you love fashion, Sammy Sid in Manly is awesome. They sell upmarket second-hand clothing, so each piece is unique and amazing” says Hannah. “Or if you’re after jewellery, Alana Maria in Freshwater will blow your mind, they have something for everyone”.

Things to do?

“After a busy day at work, I like to clear my mind afterwards and walk from our office, down to Manly dam to Manly beach and back. It takes about 40 minutes, and afterwards I always feel so grateful for where l live/work – the Northern Beaches is beautiful” says Domenic Coniglio, Business Development Manager.

“There are some awesome bars and restaurants I’ve been checking out. Belgrave Cartel in Manly is one of my favourites, it’s very trendy and the food is amazing – you must try the croquettes!” says Jo Ferguson, Property Manager at Schwarz.

“Check out Warringah Golf Course in North Manly, if you’re a golfer you won’t be disappointed” says Cranston.
