Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Schwarz Real Estate Pty Ltd, located at 366 Pittwater Road, North Manly NSW 2100 (“Promoter”).
3. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. The competition opens at 9.00 am AEDT on Monday, 16 March 2026 and closes at 5.00 pm AEDT on Monday, 30 March 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
5. To enter, individuals must complete an official entry form and place it in the competition entry box located at the Schwarz Real Estate office at 366 Pittwater Road, North Manly NSW.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Entrants must provide their name and contact details on the entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
8. The competition requires entrants to guess how many Easter eggs are contained in the display jar located in the Schwarz Real Estate office.
9. The entrant whose guess is correct, or closest to the correct number of eggs without going over (or as determined by the Promoter), will win the prize.
10. In the event of multiple correct or equally close guesses, the winner will be determined by random draw from those entries.
11. The prize includes:

• One (1) Family Pass to the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show (2 adults and 2 children),
• One (1) Giant Pawlette Bunny (approximately 3ft in height), and
• One (1) jar of Easter eggs.

12. The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at the Schwarz Real Estate office.
13. The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided on their entry form.
14. The winner must be able to collect the prize from the Schwarz Real Estate office located at 366 Pittwater Road, North Manly NSW. The Promoter will not deliver or ship the prize.
15. The winner must nominate the specific day they wish to attend the Sydney Royal Easter Show. The Promoter will purchase a Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children) for that nominated date.
16. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
17. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography and social media promotion, relating to the competition without additional compensation.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may use the information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
