1. Fix repairs

Whilst you may love a certain style of kitchen, or perhaps a sun-room over a balcony, prospective buyers may not have the same taste. Overcapitalizing on renovations is very common, consult renovations with your real estate agent, there are much easier cost-effective methods to enhance the home without breaking the budget.
3. Price the home correctly
